Liverpool winger Sadio Mane chose to remain coy over his future beyond the summer when quizzed upon Bayern Munich’s interest in his signature.
The Bundesliga heavyweights have been credited with a strong interest in prizing away Mane from the Anfield camp this summer with the Seneselge forward yet to agree upon renewed terms with Jurgen Klopp’s side.
Mane’s contract with Liverpool expires in the summer of 2023 which means that Klopp could be in line to lose his star first-team regular on a free transfer should the player not be close to signing a new deal to extend his stay.
Bayern’s entry into the mix for the former Southampton man has sparked off fresh speculation about Liverpool mulling over parting ways with Mane ahead of the next season if Bayern tabled a reasonable bid.
The 30-year-old Mane, however, insisted he would be making his decision on his future public in the aftermath of the forthcoming Champions League final against Real Madrid this Saturday, according to Metro.
‘I think the question is a very good question, for now it’ll be difficult for me to answer.
