Liverpool face competition from Premier League rivals to sign Ryan Gravenberch

Liverpool face competition from Premier League rivals to sign Ryan Gravenberch who is looking likely to leave Bayern Munich in this summer’s transfer window.

The Reds are out to bolster their midfield roster with Jurgen Klopp expected to bring in at least two new faces for the engine room after reports suggested that the manager was set to cool his interest in signing long standing target Jude Bellingham.

Bayern Munich’s Dutch maestro Gravenberch has been tipped as a viable alternative for Liverpool with the former Ajax starlet “annoyed” with his lack of game time at the Allianz Arena, having played only played 15 times in top flight action under Julian Nagelsmann.

According to a report from 90min, Liverpool have Manchester United and Arsenal also waiting eagerly in the wings for the 20-year-old Gravenberch with the Premier League big boys keeping close tabs on his situation in the Bayern camp.

It remains unclear as to how the promising midfield talent will fit into the plans of newly appointed Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel after never impressing his predecessor Nagelsmann who was sacked earlier this month.
