Al-Ittihad preparing a whooping €150 million offer for Mohamed Salah

The Saudi Pro League champions, Al-Ittihad, are reportedly preparing a staggering €150 million proposal to sign Liverpool’s forward Mohamed Salah.

CBS Sports reports that they intend to challenge Liverpool’s determination with this substantial offer, aiming to do so before the European transfer window closes this Friday.

The 31-year-old Egyptian star is the top priority for Al-Ittihad as they aim to strengthen their team. They are planning to make a massive offer for him, which would surpass the recent Saudi Pro League transfer record set by Al-Hilal’s €90 million signing of Neymar.

Despite Liverpool’s firm stance that Salah is not available for transfer, Al-Ittihad remains determined in their pursuit.

Manager, Jurgen Klopp, has emphasized the winger’s importance to their team, indicating their commitment to keeping him.

Nevertheless, Al-Ittihad are hoping to entice the African star with an incredibly lucrative package, including endorsements and bonuses, which would total around €200 million annually.

They are using this financial offer as a means to persuade Salah to consider a move to Saudi Arabia.

Al-Ittihad’s eagerness to sign the Reds star is driven by their ambitions for the upcoming Club World Cup, which is set to take place in Jeddah, the club’s home city in Saudi Arabia, this December.

They are determined to make a mark on the global football stage by winning this prestigious tournament.

In addition to Salah, Al-Ittihad are also looking to strengthen their defence by potentially adding the former Real Madrid and Spain legend, Sergio Ramos.
