Wales international Harry Wilson has brought an end to his 16-year-long association with Liverpool as the wide player completed his long-awaited move to Championship outfit Fulham.
Wilson had been heavily backed to call it quits at Anfield in this summer’s transfer window with the player deemed surplus to requirements by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp according to much speculation as of late.
Liverpool have not brought in any fresh face this summer barring Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig and it is believed that Klopp was looking to offload some of his fringe players in the Liverpool camp before splashing the cash on new signings.
Reports from the club’s official website confirm that Wilson has signed for his long-term suitors Fulham on a permanent basis and will be returning to the Championship for a second time in a row after spending the last season on loan at Cardiff City.
Agreement now in place for Harry Wilson to leave #LFC for Fulham. Player heading back to the UK. £12m deal.

Fulham had emerged the clear frontrunners to land the signature of the Liverpool outcast despite strong interest arriving in courting the player’s services from the likes of Benfica and Premier League new boys Brentford.
