Fluminense reluctant to part ways with Liverpool transfer target Andre

Fluminense are reluctant to part ways with Liverpool transfer target Andre as Jurgen Klopp remains on the search for reinforcements to bolster his squad this summer.

The Liverpool manager has been hard at work identifying a viable new signing for the Anfield giants but failed to convince Brighton star Moises Caicedo to make the move to the Merseyside with the player keen on signing for Chelsea.

According to a report from The Daily Mirror, it is claimed that another of Liverpool’s midfield targets – Fluminense midfielder Andre Trindade – is not expected to join the Reds with the Brazilian club refusing to sanction his sale.

Fluminense have reached the last eight of the Copa Libertadores and that has convinced them to retain Andre’s services until the conclusion of the tournament which could see Liverpool hold out on the player’s transfer for the foreseeable future.

Premier League side Fulham and Portuguese outfit Sporting are credited with an interest in the midfielder but a move away from Fluminense for Andre appears unlikely until the January transfer window.
