Liverpool’s exciting teenage attacking sensation Harvey Elliott has put pen to paper on a new long-term contract on Merseyside with the youngster committing his future to Jurgen Klopp’s outfit.
Reports from the club’s official website confirm that Liverpool have tied down the 18-year-old forward to a long-term stay at Anfield on the back of his superb stint away from the club this past season.
Elliott was a star turn for Blackburn Rovers in the Championship last campaign with seven goals and 11 assists from the teenager in 41 outings which increased his stock on his return to his parent club Liverpool.

Heading into the upcoming campaign prior to which Jurgen Klopp’s men will be partaking in the pre-season camp this summer, Elliott’s signing of a contract extension sounds out the expectations Klopp has from his talented pool of young talent at the Merseysiders.
Before departing for Blackburn Rovers last summer in a season-long loan spell, Elliott had been a sporadic part of the Liverpool side that were cronwed the Premier League champions in the 2019-2020 season during which he made three first-team appearances in top-flight action.
