Liverpool could reach an agreement to sign Jude Bellingham sooner than expected with talks underway between Jurgen Klopp’s side and Borussia Dortmund.
According to a report from 90min, Liverpool are stepping up their efforts to bring Bellingham to Anfield in January with the Reds keen on landing the highly-rated midfield talent’s signature.
There is no shortage of big-name suitors in the transfer market for the Dortmund sensation Bellingham with the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea also keeping close tabs on his situation despite his astronomical price tag.
Klopp had postponed the need to add to his midfield ranks this summer with the Liverpool head coach zeroing in on the 19-year-old Bellingham as the ideal signing to reinforce the squad in the forthcoming transfer windows.
Bellingham has emerged as a star turn for Dortmund since his move to the German giants from Birmingham City in 2020 with the midfielder earning rave reviews for his stellar run of displays in the centre of the park.
