Liverpool face Spurs and Leicester challenge to land West Ham man Jarrod Bowen

The competition in the Premier League to sign West Ham United’s highly-rated forward Jarrow Bowen is starting to heat up with Liverpool joined by Spurs and Leicester City in the race for the 24-year-old.

Jurgen Klopp, the Reds boss, was backed to bring in a fresh face for his attacking department at Anfield in this summer’s transfer window but budget constraints did not allow the German to dip into the market.

West Ham first-team regular Jarrod Bowen was tipped to be one of the names high on the shopping list for Klopp and reports have suggested that Liverpool will keep tabs on the player over the course of this campaign.

According to The Independent, however, Bowen’s streak of dazzling showings for The Hammers have made him a talent to watch out for in England’s top flight and has made Spurs and Leicester City take note of his ability.

The entry of the Premier League duo means that Liverpool now have more competition on their plate to approach David Moyes’ West Ham camp for Bowen’s signature in the near future.
