Liverpool keen on moving in for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer

Liverpool are keen on moving in for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer with the Frenchman ready to make the move to the English top flight.

It is no secret that Liverpool’s midfield ranks is in need of a fresh pair of legs and despite the club’s well documented interest in signing the 19-year-old sensation Jude Bellingham, Jurgen Klopp’s side are expected to consider other options in the market as well.

According to a report from the Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport ( via The Liverpool Echo), it is claimed that the France international Rabiot, whose contract expires at Juventus in the summer, has emerged on the transfer radar at Anfield.

Maximiliano Allegri’s Juve have been handed a a points deduction due to financial irregularities and should the Turin outfit miss out on the European places, Rabiot is likely to seek a new club and Liverpool are amongst those in the mix for his signature.

Manchester United were close to signing the former Paris Saint-Germain man Rabiot last summer but the move fell through due to the player’s wage demands which were deemed too high by the Old Trafford camp.
