Aurelien Tchouameni is wanted by Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side who are set to challenge Serie A bigwigs Juventus to land the in-demand signature of the AS Monaco midfielder.
Klopp has been kept busy in this summer’s transfer window on the hunt for a fresh face for his midfield after the long-serving Gini Wijnaldum made the move to Paris Saint-Germain on the back of his exit from Anfield.
With the Holland international gone, fans and pundits have urged Klopp to use the transfer window to bring in reinforcements for the midfield department and the likes of Brighton’s Yves Bissouma and Atletico Madrid wantaway star Saul Niguez have been linked.

Reports from Italian news outlet Corriere Dello Sport claim that Juventus are in line to face a stern challenge from Liverpool who are considering making a formal offer for the 21-year-old Tchouameni following his impressive run of form in the Ligue 1.
A £25.5 million worth transfer fee might be all it takes to tempt Monaco into parting their ways with the highly-rated midfield talent as Tchouameni courts attention from some of the biggest clubs across the continent this summer.
