Liverpool target Matthew Hoppe may be available for a cut-price deal

FC Schalke starlet Matthew Hoppe who has accumulated much interest from Liverpool FC in the past few months may be available for as low as €7 million in the summer transfer window.

According to reports from Transfermarkt, the Bundesliga outfit may be open to parting ways with the in-demand forward should they receive a bid between €7 million and €10 million.

Jurgen Klopp is believed to be interested in bringing in new faces at Anfield this summer despite the Liverpool FC boss earlier rebuffing speculation of planning a major overhaul of his first-team ranks in light of the Reds enduring a miserable title-defence campaign.

Divock Origi is one player in the attacking department who looks highly certain to be shipped out permanently this time around as the Belgian international struggles for minutes on the pitch.

Origi’s departure may open the door for the Merseysiders to bring in youth talent and the latest development surrounding Hoppe’s future could mean that the 20-year-old is high on Klopp’s wishlist ahead of the forthcoming summer.
