The youngsters that are in line for their debuts are 20-year-old goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher, and star winger Harvey Elliott, the 16-year-old midfielder signed from Fulham in the summer transfer window after he became the Premier League’s youngest-ever player last season.

Swiss winger Xherdan Shaqiri has been ruled out by a small tear in his calf, but midfielder Guinea midfielder Naby Keita, who has been sidelined for seven games due to a groin issue, is fit and ready to make his return to action,

Sadio Mane (knock), Divock Origi (calf) and Alisson Becker (calf) are unavailable for the European champions.
