Paris Saint Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has fueled transfer rumors when he praised Premier League club Liverpool and manager Jurgen Klopp in a recent interview.
Liverpool fans must be exploding with happiness after PSG’s wonder-kid Kylian Mbappe confirmed that he holds a soft corner for the Merseyside club as he plays with them on FIFA 19.
The 20-year-old Mbappe has been in incredible form over the past few seasons as he led the attack for France in the FIFA World Cup last summer. Mbappe was the golden boy for France helping them win the prestigious tournament and carried that stunning form into the Ligue 1 season netting 33 times and notching up seven assists as well.
Mbappe was also a goalscorer against Liverpool in the Champions League at Anfield and the architect for the Parisians victory in the second leg against Jurgen Klopp’s side. However, the lightning-fast forward admitted that he usually plays FIFA 19 with the Champions League holders.
In a recent interview with ESPN, the Frenchman was asked which club he would like to pick while playing FIFA 19 and although it was just a videogame, fans across the globe would make the most of the rumors, “We play one game and we bet, who do you pick?’, The forward thought for a while and responded that he would pick Liverpool as they won the continental trophy, ‘I play with Liverpool because they win the Champions League.’
Mbappe was then questioned whether he likes Liverpool’s charismatic German manager Jurgen Klopp and he responded by saying, “Yeah he’s good.”
Although Paris Saint Germain have confirmed that they have no intention of letting their star forward leave the club Mbappe himself is starting rumors of potentially wanting an exit from the Parc Des Princes.
