A hat-trick from the man in form Mohamed Salah powered the visitors to a 5-0 win over their arch-rivals Manchester United who were second best on all fronts over the course of the 90 minutes.
Preston North End are backed to be an easy challenge for the Reds but with Klopp set to rest a host of his star regulars, fans will be hoping for their team to book a spot in the forthcoming rounds of the cup competition.
