According to the Mirror, Mohamed Salah is not interested in moving to Saudi Arabia this summer, as the Egyptian forward has expressed his desire to remain at Liverpool.
The report states that Salah has made it clear to the club’s management that he wants to stay, and the feeling is reciprocated by Liverpool.
This report has dismissed the rumours suggesting that Liverpool’s failure to qualify for the Champions League could tempt the star attacker to leave the club. It is commendable that Salah has reaffirmed his commitment to the Reds and his intention to continue giving his best for the team.
Salah’s contract extension last summer ensures his stay at Anfield until 2025, and it would be fantastic if he remains with the club until the end of that term.

Since his arrival from AS Roma in 2017, the 31-year-old has been truly exceptional for Liverpool. Regardless of the team’s form, Salah consistently delivers crucial performances and goals.
Despite Jurgen Klopp’s team’s underwhelming performance last season, the Egyptian had an exceptional individual campaign, scoring 30 goals and providing 16 assists in 51 appearances across all competitions.
It is intriguing to consider what Salah could have achieved if the team had performed better collectively. With Roberto Firmino’s departure this summer, the former Roma attacker is now the sole remaining member of the renowned front three that wreaked havoc on defences between 2017 and 2022.
