Liverpool FC are in the mix to make an offer for Tottenham Hotspurs shot-stopper Paulo Gazzaniga as the summer transfer window nears its end in the late hours of 5th October.
With a rumoured long-term shoulder injury to Alisson Becker and Adrian’s horrific showing in goal for the defending Premier League champions in the recent 7-2 embarrassment at the hands of Aston Villa, a move for a new goalkeeper is being eyed by Jurgen Klopp, according to Kevin Palmer’s recent Twitter post.
Rumours that Liverpool are looking at Spurs keeper Paulo Gazzaniga…
I interviewed a senior Liverpool coach last week and he hinted Caoimhín Kelleher would be best served to go out on loan at some point.
That could open the door for a new keeper at Anfield #LFC pic.twitter.com/IPcwIz43Di

Palmer says that with youngster Caoimhín Kelleher set to exit Anfield on a season-long loan deal for the duration of the 2020-21 campaign for the Reds, Klopp could be enticed to sign another goalkeeper to provide cover for Alisson.
Loris Karius signed for Bundesliga outfit Union Berlin earlier this summer in a loan move as well, which means that the Merseyside giants will be unable to call upon the German’s services should Adrian continue to falter his role in the starting XI for the Reds.
