Crystal Palace chief Steve Parish has asserted that Liverpool FC’s promising forward Rhian Brewster has not been a subject of a bid from the Eagles, contrary to recent reports and media speculation.
Brewster is tipped to leave the Merseyside outfit this summer due to a very high probability of the youngster not being in Jurgen Klopp’s first-team squad plans at Anfield for the 2020-21 season of top-flight football.
Despite Palace being regarded as a potential destination for the ex-England U17 international, the club’s chairman Parish has refused to divulge into any more details involving Brewster’s arrival at Selhurst Park and expressed the same on his Twitter profile.
We have asked Sky to take this down
as it is a total fabrication from start to finish. We have not made a bid formal or informal. https://t.co/uIusuAsDcW

The big-money signing of Diogo Jota from Wolves last week is further expected to push the 20-year old Brewster further down the pecking order at the Reds and is believed to have convinced the forward to seek a move elsewhere amid great interest in him from other sides in the Premier League.
Sheffield United are also being tipped to be among the leaders in a widely contested race to land Brewster’s signing before the ongoing transfer window comes to a close on October 4.
